How specific do you need it to be? I mean, basically, a paintball marker starts out life as a block of aluminum, get's milled and honed to proper specs, drilled and tapped to proper specs, you bolt on some other parts, like a gripframe, barrel, etc,. that have been pre-milled, honed, drilled and tapped, then you stick in a bunch of pre-fabricated (in most cases) bits of aluminum, steel and electronics and Voila, a paintball marker is born. If you need specs like to what tolerances they are milled and honed, what machines are used, what type of aluminum is used, how the internal parts are made or where they come from, etc., then it gets rather complicated and depends a lot on the exact brand, make and model.

i guess it depends on which part of a marker you are talking about,
for instance one of the aluminium parts goes thru one series of processes.
the electronics goes thru something completely different.
you could probably find a dozen different processes that a sticker goes thru if you look closely enough.
rough idea of what i meen.
a sticker.

idea -> design -> approve/reject -> modify-> print -> sample -> test -> approve/reject -> re-sample -> approve -> order -> print -> deliver -> receive -> quality control -> apply to product.

and that without even mentioning the production planning stages or any paperwork which follows even something as simple as a sticker thru the entire process of making its way from an idea to sticking it to something. once you get to something like an actual peice of metal you could probably count maybe 15 times it goes thru the same quality control inspection!

in short there is no simple answer to what proccesses are used, there are probably hundreds unless you narrow it down a little.
