problems with blackheart vibe

Hi

I have a black heart vibe that is leaking at the QEV and the screw that attaches the board to the marker has sheared off. This has made the leak bigger although it is still in waranty, the phone number for smartparts is not connected

Any help would be great

smart parts europe has losed down so try ringing the company that you bought it from, or smart parts US

is it the screw that you have stripped or where it screwes into?

it is the head of the screw which has sheared off which has been causing it to leak

unfortunately smartparts is no longer trading at all, finding parts for a vibe shouldnt be too hard though. ring around the main stores to see who holds stock. like soul snatcher said try thr shop you purchased from for warranty work. although sp has closed some stores will still honour the warranty.
