Problems uploading avatars

Get this msg when trying to change my avatar..

Keep trying mate, I think this site software is female and is therefore temperamental

It worked when i uploaded from my computer, but not from an external link.

I know what the issue is, but the fix isn't an easy one. This only happens when you link to an off site avatar or try to upload one from your pc?

You should be able to upload one form your PC fine.
