me mate has a e-rex elite and he is joining a team but they won't let him play with the e-rex because it has full auto on it ... does anyone know how to disable it, also, so u r not allowed to play in a tourney if your gun has full auto, cos on his gun the full auto is real slow, and no one would ever use it cos of the slowness ..

so, two questions, how to disable it before this weekend and also, even if you don't use the fulll azuto, u r still not allowed to have the dun in a tourny???

Well full auto is illegal in the UK (as in against the LAW illegal, not just tournament illegal) so you MUST turn the marker off full auto before you use it in the UK.
There should be a little switch somewhere inside the grip frame that'll switch the marker off of full auto... just a guess tho.

my guess is a load of dip switches in the grip frame, have a look at your manual mate, and see if it says anything about those switches!

well, on the chip in the gun, there is a section labelled AUTO, it is like white etc, should i try just ripping it out?? cos i don't wana break my mates gun but ...

As luke said above there shoule be a series of dipswitches that enable certain modes, in the UK full auto is legally not allowed so if it was bought over here I'd take it back and complain.
Don't go ripping things out just yet mate... you sure there are no little switches on the board anywhere?

ok, well, i don't know much about electronics, so what does a dipswitch look like?? there could be loads of swithces but i don't know what i am looking for ....

well, there is nothin like that here, the button is connected to a big black box with a white sticker saying auto, then a load of other electronics ...

i have no idea what to do ...
