i got an e2'd trilogy pro and i was in training mode bout 5 minutes ago with it when the ram started pi$$in air i thought it could be an o-ring but i unscrewed my tank and put it right back on and it stopped:confused: so could i need a new o-ring or is my marker just needing oil?? and if so where do i put the oil? unscrew the inline reg and put a few drops through that or put it directly where i screw in my tank??

thanks

Good god, Don't put the oil anywhere near the bottle fittings!!
read some threads; regular oil and HPA = boom!

How do you mean you unscrewed your tank? Only guessing that you were out of air as fittings are normally held under pressure. No pressure-release of remaining air
I could be totally wrong 'bout the air however, I'm sure someone will know the answer but definitely don't go near the air system with regular oil

Cheers

yeah i knew about the air tank and oil thing but i only heard about it on the fill nipple where it exploded. heard you put some oil into the asa? unless it means where i attach my inline reg and yeah it could be my air cause i only got bout 500 psi left in it but thanks anyway i wont go near the tank with oil lol

You can put OIL in teh ASA of a marker in order to distribute it through the system, becuase its only teh High Pressure side of an air system that you want to avoid, teh output side is fine, amke sure you remove your barrel first though...however...E Cockers should be run relativly dry as oil and grease attract dirt.

You should however oil your ram.

With teh gun degassed...pull teh back block back, then applya drop or two of oil to teh ram shaft (teh silver bit that goes in teh ram) then work teh shaft back and forth.

Drop of oil on your bolt or bolt o-rings is useful as well...acts liek a winscreen wiper for the eyes if you have them fitted.
