Problem with Samurai trigger.

Sorry to flood the forum with new tech threads guys!!

Fitted my Samurai trigger, and used the gat today. midway during the second game, i was unable to fire because the magnetism adjustment screw, had wound it's self IN, and prevented the tirgger re-setting. I thought these triggers were supposed to have nylon inserts to make them stay set? I have had to put a touch of threadlock on it, seems OK at the moment. Anyone else had this trouble?
Other than that they are great triggers!!!

its not nylon inserts, its blob of some kinda nylon stuff onn the screw, which sets hard when dry, not too shure exactly what it is.

VERY odd its wound itself in tho, normaly goes the other way. hmm, thinking about it, it might be coz of the magnet, hmmm.....

with alot of fidling the nylon may wear out, prob best to use loctite if its loose like you have.

Remove the trigger from your frame and clean it thoroughly. A moe likely cause it that a bit of debris (paint shell for example) may have gotten in between the trigger and the magnet, causing the trigger not to return to it's original position.

Nicky...I put the trigger on the night before I played, unable to test it that night...used it in one game, only fired a few shots...what happened is the magnet screw is loose, so it had wound itself in to the point that it started to really bounce, then stopped firing altogether because it was unable to revert back to the start point...after winding it out, no problem, have had to use loctite on it...unless you have another suggestion...I thought they were supposed to stay put? Also, are the top two screws a different Allen key size to the rear stop?
