Problem with Empire B Reloaders?

I hope that someone can help

I have two Empire B reloaders

But for some reason they are both having trouble feeding the balls.

I manage to fire 5 to 6 shots and then stops and then I have to either shake the hopper, knock it or turn the manual part at the bottom.

I fire another six shots off and then stops.

The marker that I am using at the moment is an EGO.

If anyone has any suggestions I would much appreciate it

Are you turning it on somewhere quiet, and also switching it on without any paint in it?

No,

It always has paint when I switch it on and I always have people around when I am using it.

When you first turn it on it self tunes the mic. It re-calibrates every time you turn it on.

You should switch it on in a relatively quiet place and empty. Fill it with paint then shoot your gun.

If it's already loaded this is ok. Just turn it on somewhere quiet. Let it boot up. Then shoot the gun.

If possible you should try to turn it on empty.
