Problem removing valve from Cocker

As it says Im having grief removing the Valve from my cocker.

I have removed the grub screw underneath and also removed to valve retaining screw with meh lovely removal tool
And i thought it would yet drop out, but it wont......
Have poked it and hit the body against a solid surface to try and dislodge it but it wont budge, any IDEAS
