ProAktiv Paintball formally known as D7's North.
The Manchester based site which everyone knows as D7's North has now Branched out and decided to go it alone. There will be a few new changes to the site as in the new 5 man field will be ready to go in the next month or two, And we will have a wednesday opening also through the summer.
The site is always open to everyone, just turn up and play if you come alone you will be welcomed by a great bunch of guys and will have no trouble jumping on with them and playing some games.
We are also going to be running Newbie days and newbie tournaments and hoping to link up with a few other local sites to run some kind of league or tourney.
We offer indoor staging facilities as the local weather can be quite nasty, Catering facilities are also available. There are fills from 3000psi-4500psi and paint on site at £25 per box of 2000. Fields can be booked for team training on request. we have alot of great teams coming to the site who will offer advice and coaching for anyone new to the game so dont feel like you will be left on the sideline guessing what to do.
So to kick off the new start we are having a 3 man Tourney this coming weekend, Sunday 11th May.
It will consist of 3 man teams playing a X-Ball format with 3 min turn arounds with the 1st team winning 3 games will be awarded the points. The games will be 2mins long each stop the clock to total 6mins, It will be played on a full size milliennium Field which some may say is to big for 3 man but the reason behind this is to allow more movement for the teams on the field and being able to have the oppertunity to experince playing on the full size milliennium field and hopefully will encourage palyers to build on there communicational skills.
Each team should be guarnteed a minimum of 12 games for the day dependent on the number of teams that take part.
The entry will be £50 per 3 man team and from this fee £25 will go into the prize fund for the top 3 teams the winning team will also win a full 1 years Green-fee for the site.
