PTP is taking the first steps by going into arbitration over their contract with Brass Eagle/JT sports.

Steve, I haven't seen the contracts, nor really wish to, but you know as well as I do mate, in the US (with no disrespect) the eventual recipients of justice seems to be decided by the size of one's bank balance.

I realise I am being cynical here Steve but I know the relative sizes of JT Sports (K2) and you guys (PTP) and I agree it's a David and Goliath situation.

This alarms me because you are running the very real risk of throwing good money after bad if you are seeking any kind of real justice in an American court and you don't a bank balance to match theirs.

Getting Up Again
Pete,

it all depends on the size of one's stones now, doesn't it?

I appreciate the concern and offer the following insight and correction:

first - I'm not Pro-Team. I consulted there for a number of years and am friends with the owners. I still help out occassionally.

Second: there's a line in the press release that says something about Forest having to deal with unsolicited advice and sympathy from people who don't know the whole story (and can't be told for a whole bushel of different reasons).

I'm not suggesting that you are in the same boat as those folks (most of them were saying things like 'Forest, DO something!')

What I am suggesting is that there's a whole lot more behind this than is visible to the naked eye.

Read between the lines mate and rest assured that this is not a case of wishful thinking.

I think Dale is going to have the initial arbitration demands and the first response up pretty soon.
