I was just wondering if anyone knew if barrels with Pro/Lite threads fit on Pro/carbines also.

Yes, they are the same. The threads are also the same as the ACI F4 Illustrator, but barrels made for the F4 don't have the extra 3/4" clearance that Tippman's need for bolt travel.
