prizm lenses

i'm just after some words of wiseness off you lot about lenses
for my proteus 2 i can get a blue fade thermal or a prizm blue thermal.what exactly are the differences between these 2 lenses and what advantages/disadvantages could they have in various weather?

The main difference, as far i know is the amount of light they let in. prizm blue let less light in which will make it look alot darker.
Both are thermal so wont fog. I dont like prizm lenses as i feel they dont let you see enough for normal play but in very bright weather they could help out.

if they are similar to the mirror lenses on my v-force's, they aren't too shaded, just like wearing slightly less tinted sunglasses!

also an obvious point that hasn't been mentioned is that the blue fade will give things a blue tint whereas the prizm just has the same effect as wearing sun glasses.
