It took me ages to figure out how to do this
Every time i tryed to edit my user settings so that i could send and recieve messages it said:
ADMINISTRATOR: You MUST revert your modify options template.
God this p***ed me off
Ok here is what i finally ended up doing:
I got off the internet
i went to MY COMPUTER
then i went to Control Panel
then to Internet options
then i went todelete temporary files
(Under general)
Then after all that i logged onto the internet went back to my usser settings then finally it changed and i can now send private messages.

Now that seems easy enough to get your PMs working again. But you don't have to log off to delete your internet files you can click on tools in IE find, click internet options, click the delete files button. Done deal...
