if you've got the chemicals try using acetone or a blanket wash the type printers use or gen-clean it's a bit more stronger but being heat transferred on it can be removed but it might leave a ghost in-print showing where it's been...

Why do you want to remove it???
If you want to remove it from your OLD top and put it on your NEW one If so just cut it out and get your mum to sew it on your new one
