Take an estimated cost price of a fibre cylinder at £150
(You can theoretically up the start price because of the new price you have linked, if someone feels yours are special enough for their money, alternately they could buy a £150 system)
(I would add and deduct lifetime test fees and those already actioned, but in this case they are irrelevant)
Divide the full life by 15, multiply by remaining life

£150 / 15 = £10 per year

(Remaining time before test of 4 1/2 years and an age of 16 months don't realy add up - I'll assume for the purposes of calculation that they are 18 months old - because that's an easy 1.5 years)

Overall remaining life 13.5 years
13.5 x £10 = straight line depreciation value of £135

You have to deduct some value for 'second hand savings', but you should beat the average sale price of a fibre cylinder at £80

Remember not to expect someone to pay the second hand value plus postage & PayPal fees - that way they may as well buy brand new.
