Pressure gauges on Egos

I've noticed that a couple of Egos I've looked at have pressure gauges at the top of the reg (like Smart Parts gats).

Did some come with these as standard or are they all fitted aftermarket?

the star frm was standard on the origonal (05) xsv egos as well as some others and also available as an aftermarket part, it is no longer produced.
when fitted the gauge will read the lpr pressure of the gun.

So does that mean that any Ego 05 with the gauge has a star frame then?
I presume you can't fit the gauge to a standard frame?

The reason I ask is that I believe the frame is the main difference between the 05 and 06 which makes one lighter than the other. If I can bag me an 05 with that frame then happy days!

nope, the gauge screws into the frm not the frame, the star frm will fit 06 or 05 bodies, not sure about SL gats tho

yeah the frm can be fitted to any 05/06 ego with no problem

oh and i forgot to mention, dont bother with a gauge

FRM = Front Regulator Mount, seeing as nobody else saw fit to tell you.
