As of July 12, 2004, Dale Ford of 68caliber.com and FB Radio is officially sponsored by the Angel Master Techs. Dale has a long history of shooting Angels and Autocockers, with his first Angel being a 1999 Eclipse Angel, and his most recent Angel being a 2001 Adrenalin Angel. He has been active on www.angel-owners.com 's boards which 68caliber.com has recently partnered with.
Ford is quoted as saying "This is a great opportunity, and I am thrilled that I am now considered a part of the Master Tech Family. The Master techs are the best in the world at what they do, and I am thrilled with the chance to represent them."
Ken Crane, one of the 6 Master Techs across the U.S. and owner of www.performanceangel.com said: "Dale has been a friend to the Master Techs since I met him at the Orlando PSP. Given his long time association with Centerflag Products he's known for his loyalty to his sponsors, I'm confident that Dale is someone who's going to be around for a long time to come."
The Angel Master Techs are an elite group of technicians and distributors of the WDP Angel line of markers, parts, and accessories. The details of Ford's deal with the Master Techs aren't being commented on at this time, but Ford's Adrenalin Angel was recently shipped to Russ Urasaki of www.Angelservicecenter.com in Hawaii to serve as a test bed for the Angel Eyes conversion for the Angel LCD. It'll be the second prototype LCD with this modification, with the first prototype being AOG Moderator Carlos Carles' Dark Angel LCD earlier this year. Conversions are currently being offered to the general public for the A4 and Speed Angels, with the IR3 and LCD conversions becoming available later this year.
