Preset - will it fit ?

Hey, I have an Eclipse Drop mount - this was a one piece drop with asa on the end, that I don't think they sell anymore. I have ordered an Angel preset reg - is this going to fit, or will the gauge / fill nipple prevent me from screwing it in? Has anybody tried this before ? I'd like to know, in case I need to order a new asa as well. Thanks ...

if it does get in the way you can still get round it, take the asa part of the drop line off, screw in the reg, leaving the fill nipple in an accessable position then put the asa part back on the drop and reconnect the hose to your marker....easy pie unless the only possition the fill nipple stops is vertically up that is!

Nice idea, but the drop is all one piece - the asa is built in. Anybody out there familiar with this bit of kit - know if a preset will fit ?

Of course, I could always take off the nipple and gauge if need be, but don't want to start messing about like this.

the drop line is made in 2 peices....look on the front face of it there are 2 allen head bolts holding them together, just unscrew em

yup if you are talking about the part i think you are then you shouldnt have any probs

they are made in 2 parts as the asa is turned on a lathe and the bar just.........a bar
