Are preset regs OK, as I wouldent mind trying Air but dont want to spend £200 + on a Maxi Flow Etc. at the moment. So would one do for now? Its to go on a Auto Mag.

you could always get a X-Stream Reg Nitro Duck 4500psi which is fully adjustable and only about £75

Also if you just want a simple preset Nitro Duck 3000psi pre set with 0.8ltr bottle which is less than £80 for the bottle and preset reg (800psi output)
I run a 4500 1.1 Nitroduck. Cost about £275 new, preset 800psi, thing runs like a dream and in the year I have had it has never gave me any problems

Shouldn't be a problem, just make sure you get one with an output pressure of around 800 psi to keep the flow up, and the mag valve will quite happily do the rest.
I run a Flatline because i'm a tart to be honest!
A team mate ran a preset centerflag job on his mag for abour 18 months. He had lvl10 ( which forces you to run higher input pressures due to the heavy springing), hyperframe and the air system kept up with it fine.
