Posting in people classifieds threads rant!

K summit which is pissing me off at the mo is all the "you can buy them new for that!" and "the last <insert marker here> sold for 'X' amount" post's in classifieds.
If you don't like the price don't post, people who post classifieds are generally fully aware how much they paid for them or what they cost new. Unless asked, don't post!

If you gotta a problem then REPORT THE POST, it's a vastly underused option in classifieds

I get an email about it and will delete it but i aint gonna wade through every single thread.

So report posts - makes everyone's life easier.

Stiffle the free flow of information rather than have an informed market with fair prices.

How about just Pm'ing someone if they are being riped off, is that better?

Yeah if someone is posting nonsense or pointles opinions like "that gun is crap, buy this gun" type thing, sure is annoying - so report it like beaker said.

best thing to do...if your trying to help someone sell their gear is to pm them with a more realistic price...not go over their heads and say YOUR ASKING TOO MUCH DONT BUY THIS kind of thing

If the seller is asking for help yes, although last thing I want (aside from said postings) is my pm box filling with others opinions of my price....
