This is not against P8 or Facebook or any of the other Forums or pages out there.

BUT with all the stuff that comes out from time to time about A against B have we not got to a really bad point as a game??

I started playing back in 1992 and have seen so much back in the magazines which were lightly veiled, to the stuff lately which under the new laws could be a major court case.

Just an idea but how about we sort our problems out in court, and play the ACTUAL game that we love.

Yes we get really fecked off big time at times but if we can't get it sorted between the 2 parties and it gets that bad then let's not go Jeremy Kyle in future and if its bad enough to warrant it, THEN go to court. If It is not court worthy then its not a legal matter but by posting it could become one as Defamation Act 2013 could go against you.

Only not Deformation if can be proven in a court of law. the law works both ways on this.

This is not about the obvious though FFS its about all the politics in the game as it stands ATM.

I see it time and again that person A says dont trust person B on all of the for sale pages, and new players thank them. Maybe A was right or maybe A was wrong but FFS lets just use Common Sense for once.

There is always 3 sides to every story

Person A remembers one thing. Lets call it the far left
Person B remembers one thing. Far right
Somewhere in the the middle is the truth FFS

If they have posted too quickly and not thought about it then its hatred speaking.

If they have left it too long then it has really got to them. And the bitterness has moved them from the centre.

# If you buy or sell or do anything give yourself 2-3 days to calm your nerves then please act on it after talking to a level headed mate.

With sales pages they usually don't say it without evidence ie screen grabs of convo, few times they are just impatient but then others say hang on there usually alright so it's balanced out.
