Polishing

Im thinking about getting my imp polished meerly for cosmetic reasons. I know that aluminium polishes up very well (from my engineering background) but i dont have the contacts to get it done. So i need links to website with prices and information.

Im also thinking of get my gun cryo-tempered to increase the hardness of the aluminium, but im unaware of any where that could do this for me.

(Im looking for cryo-tempering that uses the vapour and lowers the temp by 1 degree over extended time periods to reduce warping)

Not sure about the specifics that you mentioned but any metal finishing place will strip the anno for you, just make sure you remove every screw!

hmm one thing to bear in mind, althopugh aly will polish up real pritty, very quickly it will tarnish and go dull and corode over time

i know a very good polishers in the Reading area ( we use em for all Belsales work)

Unless once its polished you get it anodised.
