I use NXE's 4+3 - no issues with it, very robust, holds my Fatboys like a charm, no issues with them coming out accidentally.
As for with a remote line, I'll assume that's for something mil-sim like? If so I suppose a tac-vest would go well. Otherwise NXE do a pack with a tank holder in the middle. But I wouldn't be able to advise on any remote line packs.
