The soft part of the Velcro is quite worn and its not sticking properly, and my pod keeps falling out. I was thinking about buying some new Velcro to sew on, would this be alright and wont rip off? or any other idea's?

mine has done the same just stich it on well with strong thread will be good enogh for the job

If your going to do it yourself then as spooly said use strong thread. When the velcro went on mine, i took it to a dress makers and they repaired it for £10 i think and it was like brand new.
