I have recently purchased a vest i plan to use for paintball but am not sure if pots will fit in the pouches so i am wondering if someone can tell me the circumference of a typical 100/140 shot pot in either cm or inches, thanks in advance.

the ones i have are very close apart from last inch at lid where it opens out a bit \ /
the 100 pods i have are from late 80's early 90'
