PMR09 bolt won't come out

Tried unscrewing the back cap of my PMR today to get the bolt out to check it. However, i unscrew it as far as it will go, but it won't budge when i try pull it out. I tried to keep unscrewing it, but it just spins in the same spot. Now when i try screw the back cap back in, it continues to spin on the same spot and won't close!

Please help
