Hi desponge,

Have you checked your dwell settings? One other thing I would say aswell would be to change all the internal o-rings and make sure they are nicely lubed up (if you haven't already). If the problem still persists you are welcome to send it in to us. Any queries or more questions feel free to email eurotech@dyeprecision.com. PLEASE NO SPAM MAIL!

Many thanks,
Nik

As the marker is out of warranty there's a £10 +VAT service charge, if I need to replace any parts (i.e noid, eyes etc.) there would be a part cost but we try to keep that at a minimum for you. There is also the shipping cost on top of that. We do say there is a 5-7 day turnaround on markers but if you do choose to send it in to us, please email eurotech@dyeprecision.com so I can issue you an RA number before you send it off & I shall need to grab some more details off you (such as returning address & a contact no)
Cheers,
Nik
