Before I begin, I would like to tell you this is my opinion of a PMR.

The only upgrades I have is a Red Ultralight trigger.

I haven't yet had the chance to play a game with the PMR but in all honesty, I fell in love with it as soon as I turned it on and pulled the trigger. It's so easy to use if you read the manual and the hand-grips aren't slippery, the LED is nice and bright and the clamping feedneck does it's job.

The PMR is very light, sinks in your hand and to program it, you take 2 bolts out, change the switches 1+2 to "on"(Up position) and pull the trigger for different modes.

-Green for trigger sensitivity.
-Red for Dwell.
-Yellow for ROF(Rate of fire)
-Flickering Yellow for Mode change.

Conclusion..
The PMR is cheap, Light, worth-the-money, "Sink in to your hand" technology and great for beginners.

Thanks for reading.

OK for Ion..

~#Modes#~

Semi-Automatic.

One pull of the trigger, one ball comes out of the barrel.

-PSP mode. (Ramping)

After 3 Pulls of the trigger it will keep on ramping until you stop for a couple of seconds. It also gives you enough time to switch hands before resetting.

-Millenium mode.

The rate of fire(rof) is capped at 15 balls per second(bps), it will only ramp when you reach 7.5 bps and then ramp up to 15bps.

-Hidden full auto.

3 Pulls of the trigger, on the fourth hold it down and you're full auto.

~#Efficiency#~

-Dwelling

Unable - no air (Sorry!)

-Trigger sensitivity

This is from the user manual: Trigger sensitivity is the amount of time that the trigger has to be released before the next trigger pull is allowed.

Factory set as: 5

I have no problems with leaving it as 5, and having it as 20 is far too high. 1 is too low, too much can happen. With 5 you can freely pull the trigger with out worrying.

-ROF(Rate Of Fire)

Having the ROF at 30bps(Balls Per Second) is un-needed. Plus air can not be used at 26bps or higher. THIS IS TO SET MAXIMUM BPS FROM THE PMR.

some proper review insted of typing out the manual, like what its like to shoot each mode, how easy are the settings to change, does it shoot consistantly fast or does it need some hard work to keep it mowing constantly....etc etc etc

quick question...how can you review a marker without actually playing a game/shooting it?
as the man said the proof is in the shooting, the only thing I have noticed about pmr's is that they seem to spend a lot of time in bits for noid and board problems.

To change the settings involves:

Taking off 2 bolts, pushing down 1 switch, pulling the trigger until the LED changes to the colour of which you need.. Trigger sensitivity, dwelling etc.

To keep the mowing going, you don't need much effort at all, it's basically a tap and you're successful(Per ball, it needs around 10-15 gram of pressure.).

Shooting in PSP mode is the best, the PMR becomes a machine and there's no stopping the mowing.

Full auto isn't as good as you think it is. It's probably 10-15bps, although it's not bad, less effort.

Tinfish - Playing a game and sitting on a sofa has hardly much difference, trigger-wise. With eyes off, you can pull the trigger and hear the click. Changing the modes has nothing to do with playing a game and neither does the price. :)

I'm not sure on this, but I think that not all PMR's have the hidden full auto mode on it. I was teching mine on Sunday and it wasn't there. The Dye tech couldn't find it either.
