if you mean the regulator, screw it in but if your talking about where the elbow comes out thats connected to the macro that is supposed to spin, Hope that helps:D

You'll find when it's gassed up the reg will move a lot less, just hand tight for now and then try it again once you've added air.

which part of the reg.

there is one section of the hyper 2 that will spin, in order to allow you to position the elbow where you want it, it is a little annoying at first but the more you use the gat the more it will fill with grime and dirt etc and so wont turn quite so much.

there is a part on the reg where it is around half way up and there are 2 groves that is the part that spins and the bottom part that spins with that part. that bit

just give it a tighten :D thats all it is, if it has a gap right at the top of the hyper 2 (reg) then its going to need a bit more of a tighten. thats all it is nothing more nothing less. let us know how you get on.

if you loosen that all the way thats how you clean your reg :D just tighten it clockwise and it should be fine, have you got the manual its your friend give it a read on the hyper2 regulator section and you should have no troubles

It's not that the reg is unscrewed, when it twists it's neither screwing in or unscrewing. The thread stays in the same place. And also, I suggest you do what proto told you to...
