I have used my 2007 or 2008 not sure (special edition camo) PMR today for the first time.
at the end of the day was just shooting left over paint off and heard a leak from the back of the marker.
the bottle gauge was indicating about 1000psi, should it be doing this or do you think it is a o-ring problem?

now I have started to clean the gun and strip it down.
I have undone the backcap to take the bolt out and clean and lube but the cap will not come out,it is compleatly undone but seems to be stuck,
I don't want to just yank it out incase I do some damage, is there a nack to this?

Thanks

do not yank on the bolt, there may still be air in the gun

to check screw the bolt back in, turn the gun on and eyes off and dry fire it in a safe direction the dye regulators holt a shot or two of air after you take the bottle off, once you are sure that the gun has no air in it then the easiest way to get the bolt out in one piece is to push it out from the front possibly using a swab or fluffy stick if you cant reach with your finger

in terms of the leak it is most likely an o ring gone, once you have the bolt out give it a clean and inspect all of the o rings (esspecially the ones towards the back of the bolt system)

is the leak coming from the hole in the back cap or around the edge of the back cap?

thanks managed to get it out now but when I did I noticed there is no o ring on the end of the boat sail (if that is the correct term) .
I was going to change the o rings at the back of the cap (which is where the leak is coming from) and put a o ring in the sail according to the manual BN14x2mm for the sail and BN18 for the cap but it does not have these in the spares .

so can anybody suggest where to get o rings from please.

all sorted now got the o ring kit and replaced the 3 it says in the manual and it is sorted (I could see a small flat on one of the o rings so it was that was probably the cause)

thanks
