i have purchase a virtue board and im having trouble with the wires.i cant pull the pin blocks apart and its damaging the wires.am i right by saying that there is a solenoid cable(small block) and the battery to microswitch block(large one)?if so,is there anywhere i can purchase new ones or a will proto customer services send me a new pair?i cant find a number or email...can anyone help?
