Hi guys
Well i just opened my PMR for my birthday and its lovely. One problem i having is the fact that i currently own an adjustable reg and bottle but am unsure as to wether i can fit this to the rail rather then the current asa. If not i guess i am going to maybe trade my bottle for a preset. If i was to do this would i be looking at an LP bottle or a HP?

hope you guys can help
Thanks
Webber

you can fit it

im assuming it uses the standard dovetail mounting
what system is it?

having not seen a PMR, i can assume that inside the grip frame, there is a grub screw the protrudes down through the frame bottom and rail, to secure the ASA in place.

it would, if i assume correctly, just be a case of undoing this screw, remocing the ASA, and sliding on your adjustable system, and refitting the grub screw and tighten it down.

there is a allen grub inside the grip frame.take of the grips and it will be at the bottom.that will let you take off the asa.the air you have will be fine.

Hi

Just to confirm, yes you can use your air system with a PMR, in order to remove the existing rail, open the grips up, remove the battery from the harness so as not to damage the cables and take a 3/32" allen key, slide it down in side the hole and wiggle it about until you feel it slide in to the grub screw, you want to turn the screw anti-clockwise (assuming you are looking down at the hole) to loosen it enough to remove the standard ASA, slide it off, slip your one on, and turn clock wise to tighten it again.

If you ever have any issues with your Rail, feel free to contact me on eurotech@dyeprecision.com or call the office on 0208 649 6330
