Pmi regulator output help

Got a low pressure "blue lable" pmi regulator that I tried to convert to highpressure however it seems ive went wrong somewhere.

I have taken out some shims so it is now 8 shimms, I put them in the right way, checked and checked again.

After filling the bottle their is a slight leak from the pin valve and the pin can easily pushed in with a very low pressure air coming out (must be about 90 psi).

Any help?

Ps. I did call pmi, did what they told me to do however this didnt fix the problem.

its the lack of boom thats the problem man.

you need more pressure from the spring stack to get more output. Measure the height of the spring stack and make it larger.

so the more shimms=the larger the output.
