PMI pure energy 5000psi

Can anyone help i have a pmi 5000psi bottle and have received a low pressure sping kit, i have taken out the two lug screws but dont know were to go from there!!!!!!
Please help

Unscrew the top section that the screws came from, you should then see the original spring stack.
