PMI Preset Fill Nipple Alignment

Ok boys and girls, i just purchased a small 45cu bottle (many thanks TheKid)

Once the bottle is screwed into my on/off on my ego, the fill nipple sticks out at a 45 degree angle into my right forearm when I adopt my normal shooting position.

So, my question is, can the fill nipple be realigned by spinning the preset reg somehow or it is denoted by the bottle/reg threads?

If you turn the bottle you run the risk of closing the valve. But you can normally swap the fill nipple with the gauge.
Making sure you have no air in the bottle, before doing this.

ah right, swapping the nipple and guage may be the option.

unscrew the bottle 1/4 turn. It wont close the valve and saves messing about.

I think the bottle is loctited in, not sure how to undo it.

He means don't screw it into the asa as much.

oh, well i could, but i like things to be secure, i'll have a go at both ways, see which I think works best
