What i've been wondering in regard to PMI's systems for a while is that, does anyone actually fill to 5000PSI?
Not here, but I think you can get upto 5000 in the US. Piper would know, but he's not here.
I do know that very few have been allocated to Europe (couple of hundred), as they're so good the Americans wanted to keep em all to themselves.

in your opinion and maybe if you know fact, are they reliable and easy to use. i use an angel air at the minute and a monkey could use it, its that simple.
also would it be any good on timmys, angles and shockers?

Once I worked out how to get on the gun, you just gas it and away you go. Those on the team who've already got theirs, nobody's yet to have a complaint, that saying Lord Piper runs the outfit with an Ironfist and desent will not be tolerated. Beware my bias...... I may have a cattle prod pointed at me right now 
The push button on/off switch is a little stiff over 400 psi output, although I could be a wimp.
Most people think it compares consistency wise with the Mac Dev. The recharge rate favours the high ROF markers you mention.

From what I understand Tarny, the Scion has a very good recharge rate and impressively high flow even at low pressure. It's recharge is no doubt streets ahead of your AIR at the lower pressure that the newer angels and shockers prefer so you are unlikely to get any shoot down at high ROF.
As far as ease of use, much easier than the AIR in my opinion. Unlike the AIR once you have set your output pressure there is no need to keep winding it in and out messing up settings to turn it off. When you want it off then you just push the off button, much simpler and doesn't require an allen key.

that and the Scion has a bleed that works and doesn't require you to take an allen key to the fill station, nor fire your gun to make it seal.
all in all a much nicer package than an AIR in my book.

Tarny old son in the 2004 issue of "what Paintball Gear (PGI web sites sell them), there is a review of about six different Air System, with real tests (Stats man Stats), and the Evil comes out over all winner. Only thing I would say is they didn't compair the Mac Dev Conquest 04, Now I'm not say the Conquest is better, cos I don't know but it would have been interesting to find out.
