PM8 Anti Bolt Stick

As I understand it, (and from the manual) the Anti Bolt Stick (ABS) on my PM8 (and of course other PM's and DM's) raises the dwell after 15 seconds of non-use for the next shot fired.

The question I have is by how much? Stock dwell is 18ms, and I guess the ABS adds a few ms to this, but the question is exactly how much?

The reason I ask is that I have just fitted an OLED tadao board, and have set the ABS to 3ms after upping it 1ms at a time and it works so I'm happy, but a part of me just wants to compare this to what is standard on the stock boards.

Can anyone help at all?

I'm sure i have read somewhere that ABS increases the dwell by 5ms mate.

Try giving Ash Chaplin a pm, he will be able to tell you for sure.

Hi

The ABS function on the stock board increases the dwell by 5ms on the first shot when the marker is turned on, and the first shot after the marker has been idle for more than 15 seconds.

Thanks
