you dont need to be a tech with a proto just read your manual and it will tell you whats wrong your best bet would be to try a fresh battery first

if you look at the time of edit you will see its after my post as to rules there was no photo username nothing
so I sent him the rules to help out and he has now edit his thread to help all buyers saying no photo can't see photo you need to do this and that
