Right, i know how to change the modes and Rof etc but i just wanted to know if when putting on mill mode do i have to change the rof aswell or does it automatically change.

It will change to the cap currently on the board, so if you have the old board it will change to 15bps and you'll need to set it to 12 manually, with one of the new boards it will set to 12 in Mill mode.
It's not only the rof cap you need to worry about, it's the bps you have to pull before ramping kicks in, it's different on the 08 Millenium rules, hence Proto selling new boards for 10 euros at Millenium events. So even if you cap your rof on the old millenium settings, it's still technically illegal. At least this is what I've been told.
