the problem is when you try and fire balls, it will fire very slowly, 10bps ish max. eyes off 15+++

vlocity setting 2 and reloader setting 1 used.

all settings are stock, except bps cap is 15.

it isnt shooting 15, by a long way.

any help, pls

i think it is probably eyes, but no led colour change to show this

hi there i had the same problem and more i don't know wat caused it but wat i did was to go to dye in croydon they have a very decanted and exprenced team of tec guys that will fix his gun up for free (ur m8 dosent even need his warranty card) they should fix the problem and give the gun check up for free. if ur m8 dosent live near croydon he can send it in i think you have to pay for postage but whats that small price compared to a free repare and a free check up . :)

if he whants to contact them hers there number 02086496330. just tell them ur problem and they will give u a reference number. they normally do the job over night

sounds like the eyes rob, they are either misaligned ,dirty or damaged.

one of our gat did that and the eyes just needed a good clean.

Yeah I'd go with what Gasman said on this one mate. If you read the manual, it says that if the eyes are dirty or messed up they will allow a reduced rate of fire to prevent chops. Either clean the eyes and check them, which isnt really much effort at all to be honest. Or if you need to use the marker immediately and cant get it off to Dye or whatever, just turn the eyes off, and cap the marker at the feed rate of your loader :)

Robof9,

Unfortunately i am out of the office all of next week as we are leaving for the Paris Millennium event on sunday morning.

If your friend could call the office on 020 8649 6330 between 9 am and 5.30pm on Monday or Tuesday next week then we can make the necessary arrangements for you to send the marker in.

I will endeavour to fix and return the marker when i am back in the office on Monday 10th July.

Just to clarify your problem, when you turn the marker on does the LED turn red or green?

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

the marker starts up fine, red when no ball there, turn hopper on, and goes green when the ball loads.

he broke the switch wire harness and i lent him one of mine, which was supposed to go to strawb on here, soz mate. so that is ok , but just doesnt fire fast. all the setting are stock except the ball rof is 15.

eyes off, no probs, so it must be eyes, gotta be.

i will tell him to ring you, thanks for that

Rob is your mates name Dave by any chance?
He set me an email at the weekend which I've just responded to.
If he wants it serviced in Ash's absence he can send it to me or I'll send him out some new eye's

Neil;)
