Looks like an early 08/09 pmr with upgraded trigger guard and other bits. Although I'm no expert on pmr's.

Proto Matrix Rail 2007 I thinks. You could get different colour triggers and trigger guard bits too if I remember right. Try BZ for a harness
I wanted to say 07 but couldn't remember whether they came out in 07 or 08
2007 was this iteration I'm pretty sure. I remeber a few new guys on site starting out with them and me teching them for a season before they all bought other markers.
It's the original PMR but a special edition, hence the trigger and trigger guard. I very much enjoyed my PMR back in the day.
I also believe that could be an 07 (PM7) - looks very similar to the one I started out with...
