Exercises for developing explosive power - think school circuit training (two-footed bench jumps, springs, lunges, fast squats, clap press-ups etc) and you won't go far wrong...

kinda exhausting but worth it
As does roughly wrappinga plastic bag around someones head while they are sleeping...have to do it roughly, so they wake up...otherwise it becomes less funny...dramaticaly so...
