Aftr a lot of conversation i would like to say that things are on their way to being worked out and what i did was a bit out of order.

I'll tell you what. I've removed the thread, so we can all pretend it never happened. Now before people start shouting 'censorship!' again, I doubt if anyone involved will have a problem with the thread being deleted. It's just that I hate to see a guy leaving a team (or even a team breaking up) over a comment posted on here without forethought.
Hope all works out, and from what I've read I'd say it will.
