Right, as some of you may know I am in the process of building an Impulse. I am buying a very max flo tomorrow, and was wandering what should come with it, what i mean is what do i need to attch it to the body of the impulse? Do i need a vert ASA adapter? Please could someone explain this to me as im really confused, this is proabably really basic but im learning :p
Cheers guys ;)

depends which max-flo you are getting. The later vert max-flo's are screw in, and need a standard thread ASA.

The earlier "Conversion" Vert max-flo's take the low pressure side of a max-flo reg and mount it onto the front of the gun. If you have bought one of these second hand from someone then it should have all the bits you need.

In that case you need to get hold of the impulse ASA, probably going to need the ASA gas through screw, safety valve, blanking screw for the extra guage port also.

Phone smart parts and they'll sort out the bits you need. Shouldn't cost too much.

hit the nail on the head...not all impys have em tho, my voodoo didnt have one on, just be super careful not to run too much pressure into it......

you can also locate the over pressure valve on the port on the rear of the marker

Impy ASA's are different as they use a hollow bolt to attach to the gun. This doubles as the fixing and the primary air passage into the valve chamber.

Those little gold or silver thingys' can go just about anywhere. On impulses built with a full max-flo rig, the safety valve is on the reg. not the gun itself.:)
