sounds kind of sad
but i just practise by standing in front of a mirror and trying to keep tight against the edge
Its all about conditioning your off hand
so carry your marker with you off hand etc. when your going to the field
Its also about will power, It WILL be tempting to swap in a game but if you resist then it will a continual improvement.
So my tips
practise in a mirror
practise firing the marker at the TV with your off hand
Practise snap shooting
Practise....
Practise..
practise. get the point
:D
i'm no master but i've been practising for around 4 months now and it is almost as good as my right hand (i'm right handed)

To get tight to your bunker if your leaning out the left side you have to try and shoot left handed, after you've fired a few shots like that you get in a rhythm and its easier. Alternatively you can be lazy and just shoot out over the top of your bunker or out the right all the time. :p

I find it easier if you grip the end of your bottle when shooting left handed! Instead of griping the front reg/fore grip which i do when shooting right handed! Seems steadier that way!

The funny thing for me is that I am very strongly right-handed on most things - I certainly can't write well with my left hand, for instance. But shooting goofy (much to my surprise) never gave me any trouble - it feels almost as natural as right-handed shooting. The biggest problem I have is that my right eye is a lot stronger than my left, so I find it difficult to aim when I'm leaning left out of a bunker. I think eye exercises are what I (and probably a lot of other people) need to shoot effectively with their off hand.
