can anyone advise me on whats sizes medium and large are??

i think i am about a 32" waste and a 32" leg

any idea what size i would be needing?

probs a medium,

im 6"3 and 38 waist, i got xl and the a bit big for me, so medium should be good for you.

if ur going to a store, just ask to try some on first

Im a 32"-34" waist and have 32" leg, well around 33" to be precise!
Large proto pants fit real good but come up a little short in the leg.
I now have 08 distortion pants from eclipse in large and they fit perfect in every way.

im a 32 and i wear large distortion PE..u need em to be a bit baggy in my opinion
