Players still required
I'm on the look out for some new player to bolster our squad on Storm North. We are a Yorkshire based team & have been playing Bully's series for the past 2 years, but, due to other commitments we have lost a couple of key players on the squad. We are primarily looking for back players, preferably with some experience, although this is not essential. Commitment to training & playing are more important than skill level at this stage. We are looking for individuals that are available to play the rest of the Series as tryouts, with a view to a place on next year's team. You must be able to commit to playing at least twice a month & have your own transport & kit. The idea I have at the moment is to try & get 3 new players to each of the last events & use them to evaluate perfomance & attitude as well as seeing how you would get on with the rest of the team. Training is held once a month through Summer & twice a month through Winter, all at Lincoln (Combat Zone) I you are interested & think you'd fit the criteria we are looking for, please PM me. You don't have to be a back player (at the moment!!) We could also use a couple of fronts too!!!
