Players passes from Amsterdam

Does anybody know what's happened to the Millenium series players passes that were done at DMA?

I vaguely recall being told that they would be sent out to the teams/players concerned, but it's now a couple of months later and there's still no sign of them.

I'll jump on the bandwagon, and start "reminding" the powers that be that the Toulouse ones need sending out too.

Oh, and all the people who need em from Amsterdam, start looking into the laws regarding non-supply of goods, and refunds and whatnot.
