it strikes me that there's a lot of players looking for teams and a lot of teams looking for players... and for some bizarre reason the two just don't seem to always hook up...

... which is the PA's forum for players and managers on the look out for new homes or new talent.
Please note the rules however, there is a specific format for players to post their details, nothing complicated, just kind of a "Paintball CV" if you like.
It just means that a team manager can assess a player quickly rather than trawling through 14 paragraphs of text explaining a players paintball life history
... and you can always write a bit about yourself at the bottom anyway.
It really doesn't matter whether you've played tourney before or not or even if you're still saving to buy your own kit. Getting involved with a team and even just helping out can be a big help and will be reciprocated somewhere down the line.
The PA is encouaging the building of club structures, support crews, youth programmes, off-field as well as on field support. These days a team needs to be more than just 7 guys on the field.
