This might not help you in your quest to find a player ,everyone pays a lot of money to play ,everyone i know, never wants to be benched

was thinking the same myself

you might want to re word that no one wants to sit on the bench if you have more players than needed you need to pick a strong squad on merit and training ect that way the whole team knows that they have to fight for a place on the team to go and play
